New Customers will need to fill out our brief Registration Form before you are allowed to purchase from Hall's.

You will need to provide:

1. Copy of state Driver's License (Everyone)

2. Business License (if a business)

3. State Sales Tax Certificate (for Sales Tax exemption)

Please include all requested documentation when sending (or bringing) the form in to our Bookkeeping Department.
